How did you first get involved with The Bone & Joint Journal?

I was nominated by the COA as their representative to the board.

What is the best thing about being on the board?

It has been a wonderful opportunity to  gain a better understanding of processes behind publishing a major international orthopaedic journal and to foster multinational collaborations.

What one piece of advice would you give to others who might like to get more involved with The Bone & Joint Journal?

Just do it!!!
