How long have you been on the board?

I think I joined in 2009 or 2010.

How did you first get involved with The Bone & Joint Journal?

I published my first paper with JBJS [British] as it was then in 1999, since then I have published over 40 further papers in the journal.

What is the best thing about being on the board?

The intense discussions about papers and what they have to add to the literature.

What one piece of advice would you give to others who might like to get more involved with The Bone & Joint Journal?

Get involved in reviewing and attend one of the reviewer days.
