Although it is wonderful to know that our readers are perusing 360’s pages in their droves we have upset a few of them, for which we apologise. These are as follows:

1. In our February 2012 Shoulder and Elbow1 Roundup360 we discussed a paper by Sinha et al2 that concerned safe zones for drilling when internally fixing a fractured clavicle. The authors have reminded us that their work was undertaken in Liverpool (UK), not in London (UK) as we had said, and wish to make this clear to our readers.

2. In our June 2012 issue, 360 discussed3 a Cochrane Review from Warwick (UK) of Ultrasound and shockwave therapy for acute fractures in adults.4 In the Research Roundup360 we stated that the Review did not comment on the state of the evidence for high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFUS) therapy despite the authors’ stated intention to do so. This is not correct; the search strategy included terms to retrieve studies of HIFUS but stated later in the review that no such studies were found.
